The F346 features three 6.5-inch (165mm) Micro Ceramic Composite (MCC) cone woofers and a 6.5-inch (165mm) Deep Ceramic Composite (DCC) cone midrange driver all with inverted surrounds. This design incorporates a hidden flange and integrated trim ring, concealing all hardware and emphasizing the sleek aesthetics of the front panel. Both the woofer and midrange utilize a newly patented cast frame engineered to optimize airflow for maximum cooling, reduced weight, increased rigidity, and improved resonance performance.

1-inch (25mm) Deep Ceramic Composite (DCC) dome tweeter

The F346’s 1-inch (25mm) DCC dome tweeter is mounted in a 7th-generation Acoustic Lens waveguide, setting a new performance standard for its class. This advanced design delivers seamless integration with the midrange driver for superior directivity control, resulting in greater efficiency, improved dynamic range, and reduced distortion. Developed using advanced modeling software, the tweeter provides exceptionally smooth sound even far off-axis, an important contributor to overall sound quality, ensuring consistent performance across a wide listening area. The waveguide even increases dispersion at higher frequencies, creating a more immersive and natural sound experience.

Hidden hardware and integrated trim rings add a refined touch, while a polished black accent complements the rigid, cross-braced cabinet. Solid aluminum feet with optional spikes and floor protectors ensure optimal positioning and isolation. Precision 3-Way Crossover

The F346 employs a precision 3-way crossover network featuring premium components, including air-core inductors in the midrange and tweeter circuits. These high-quality elements preserve subtle musical details that would otherwise be lost. Revel’s world-class engineering team utilizes high-order crossover slopes and a proprietary 7th-generation Acoustic Lens waveguide geometry to achieve seamless transducer integration, delivering exceptional accuracy and natural sound reproduction.

Dual 5-Way (Bi-Amp) Crystal Brass Binding Posts with Shorting Straps

Dual 5-way binding posts provide listeners with flexible, high-quality connection options, including banana plugs, spade lugs, pin connectors, or bare wire. Two sets of terminals are provided to support bi-wiring, bi-amping, or single-wire configurations.
