Purchase Policy

Revel’s policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services only on Revel audio products purchased from authorized Revel audio dealers or distributors (“Dealers”) located in the United States (including its territories) and Canada and only when accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you purchase a Revel audio product from an unauthorized online retailer, or if the factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, your Revel audio warranty will not be valid.
