Purchase Policy

Harman’s policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services only on Harman Luxury Audio products (of the following brands: Mark Levinson, Revel, JBL Synthesis, and Lexicon) purchased from authorized Harman Luxury Audio dealers or distributors (“Dealers”) located in the United States (including its territories) and Canada and only when accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you purchase a Harman Luxury Audio product from an unauthorized online retailer, or if the factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, your Harman Luxury Audio warranty will not be valid.
